nourishment

nourishment here is not separate from the work - it’s part of it.

What you eat, how it’s grown, and how it’s prepared all shape how you feel, recover, and live. Nourishment at Field & Forge Farm is an extension of that belief.

  • Seasonal, intentionally grown produce will be available in limited quantities throughout the year.

Seeds are selected with care—prioritizing heirloom and organic varieties chosen for quality, resilience, and nutrient density. Much of what is grown begins as seedlings under light before being transitioned into the ground as conditions allow. As the seasons shift, so will what’s available.

This is not mass production. It’s thoughtful cultivation—grown with the intention to nourish both the body and the land.

There will be seasons of abundance, and seasons of less. Both are part of the rhythm.

Members will have access to fresh produce when available, along with preserved goods as the farm continues to grow its capacity for storing and extending what is harvested.

  • A small flock is being raised as part of the foundation of the farm.

These birds are not here for volume—they are here as part of a system. They will be free range - foraging naturally on what the land provides - and integrated into the rhythm and foundation of the farm. Their role supports soil health, pest control, and in time, the production of eggs for nourishment.

Eggs will be available in limited quantities as the flock matures.

For the first members of Field & Forge Farm, there will also be an opportunity to name a chick—something small, but meaningful. A way to be part of the beginning.

This is a long-term investment in quality over quantity. What is produced here will reflect that.

  • Over time, a small, members-first storefront will take shape.

This space will offer a rotating selection of foods sourced from the farm and referrals to trusted local producers—raw milk, seasonal produce, regeneratively grown meats, and thoughtfully made staples. As the farm grows, this may also include items prepared in-house, such as baked goods made with fresh-milled flour, preserved foods, and other simple, nourishing staples.

Everything offered will follow the same standard: quality ingredients, thoughtfully crafted, and a clear understanding of where it came from.

This is not a convenience store—it’s a resource.

A place to access food that aligns with how you’re choosing to live, without needing to search for it elsewhere.

The larder

Nourishment doesn’t stop at what’s grown here. The Larder is where it continues.

The Larder is a members-only space that brings together what’s available seasonally - produce from the land, eggs from the farm flock, and thoughtfully sourced foods from local producers - along with guidance on how to use it all in a way that supports your daily life.

This is where food becomes practical again.

Simple meals. Foundational ingredients. And a return to knowing what you’re eating, where it came from, and how to use it.

Access to The Larder is included with all memberships.
