I know how deeply people want to feel better and take care of themselves. I also know how easily that intention gets lost when life is full and support is thin. Wanting better isn’t the issue — having the structure to sustain it is.

Field & Forge Farm is being built in response to that reality.

The training at Field & Forge Farm is simply called The Work.

Memberships are structured by rhythm, not intensity.

More sessions don’t mean more chaos — they mean more progression.

There are three ways to practice The Work, depending on the rhythm that best supports your life right now:

Because membership capacity is intentionally small, reserving a place will require a $100 deposit, which will be applied toward your first month’s membership.

  • All memberships include:

    • Small group, in-person training with individualized programming.

    • A six-month commitment designed to support consistency and meaningful change.

    • Monthly payment structure for sustainability.

    • Time outdoors after training to regulate, decompress, and connect.

    • One Saturday, monthly all-member training session (Field Day) — shared movement with scalable options

    • Quarterly Seasonal Gatherings centered around a shared meal and community - think a nourishing meal made from scratch, outside during sunset, near a fire, under string lights, and great company.

    • Access to farm fresh eggs and seasonal produce as available.

    • Opportunities to source thoughtfully selected foods from local farmers - raw milk, fresh milled flour, beef, pork, etc.

    • Access to The Larder — a private, members-only space where I’ll share recipes, nourishment guidance, and practical ideas for cooking from scratch and supporting health at home.
