Field & Forge Farm isn’t designed to be drop-in or anonymous. It isn’t something you cycle in and out of when life allows, motivation spikes, or the calendar resets.

That isn’t said with judgment — it’s said with care, and from a place of understanding.

I know how deeply people want to feel better and take care of themselves. I also know how easily that intention gets lost when life is full and support is thin. Wanting better isn’t the issue — having the structure to sustain it is.

Field & Forge Farm is being built in response to that reality.

The training at Field & Forge Farm is simply called The Work.

Memberships are structured by rhythm, not intensity.

More sessions don’t mean more chaos — they mean more progression.

There are three ways to practice The Work, depending on the rhythm that best supports your life right now:

For those laying real groundwork.

Training times/days are: Mon-thurs 5:15am-6am, 8am-8:45am, and 5:30pm-6:15pm
